Reading the bible with your friends?
Invite your friends to look at the life-changing message of Jesus that has transformed your life.
When they say yes, and either they have a group ready to go that you can coach or you've gathered a group of them with you, where do you start?
Here are a couple of super simple apps, with multiple languages, that will help you figure out where to start...specifically which story set (series of bible stories) to start with:
WAHA - a great app with the questions and bible verses ready to go.
DISCOVER - a slightly simpler app that does the same great job.
Which story set?
- If you're reading with people who have a religious background (Muslim, Christian, Hindu etc) then start with 'Creation to Christ' - a story set that starts with Genesis and works through to Christ.
- if you're reading with people that don't have a religious background, start with 'Stories of Hope'. This story set looks at 8 stories of hope in Jesus. You'll need to look in the topics sections in the WAHA app for 'Hope'.
